Buccleuch Property represents the commercial property interests of the Buccleuch Group and operates from offices in Edinburgh and London. This Division of the Buccleuch Group has a current exposure to the commercial and residential sector of approximately £500 million, including joint ventures. The diversity of the business interests range from its stewardship of the commercial elements of our four principal Estates to significant property interests in Australia, the US and Europe, together with a substantial UK investment and development portfolio. The core of the business is the directly owned investment portfolio which provides a secure income base and enables a higher risk profile to be adopted in other activities.
